Your Resume:  Dates or No Dates?

As an HR Professional, when I see a resume with no dates I immediately want to know what they’re hiding.  In other words:

No dates = Red Flag

It is much better for someone reading your resume to make the assumption that you actually have some experience than it is for them to immediately suspect your motives.

Keep your marketing open and honest.  Focus on all you have to offer and be bold about sharing it with others.
