The Law of Sufficiency and Abundance

 

Abraham Hicks often states, “You cannot be sick enough to make others healthy; you cannot be poor enough to make others wealthy.”  The fact is…THERE IS ENOUGH TO GO AROUND.  It is all a matter of our thoughts and their point of attraction.  If you think a lot about not having enough money or resenting those who have more than you do, you will continually attract a LACK of financial abundance in your life.  If you are a business leader who believes the customer pool is limited, then you and your organization will experience stiff competition and a LACK of customers.  If you believe there are no jobs available (as I witnessed from many job seekers from 2009 through about 2012), then you will absolutely experience a LACK of appropriate job opportunities.

We had a great discussion on July 16th about the Law of Allowing, which teaches us how to “allow” the Universe to deliver what we’ve asked for and to release any RESISTNACE to what we’re wanting.  A LACK mentality is one of the most common forms of RESISTNACE that we tend to hold, and this leads us directly to the Law of Sufficiency & Abundance which helps us gain faith and trust that there truly is enough of everything to go around.  Anything that we can desire, that we can imagine, that we can ask for, we can have if our thoughts line up with having it.

The Law of Allowing

We had a great meeting last month as we talked about how to deliberately create whatever we were wanting.  We talked about attracting a new house that’s just the right size in just the right place for just the right price, and through our discussion we helped the home buyer even better align her thoughts and energy so that she can attract her new home easily.  We also talked about starting a new business and all the resources already available to attract and serve more than enough customers to be profitable.  As we identified the skills, experience, wisdom, and various options for putting this dream in motion, the soon-to-be new business owner aligned her thoughts with her vision, and we all shared in the excited anticipation of it.

These are just two of the fun and inspiring conversations that we had in June as we applied our understanding of the Universal Laws, and specifically the Law of Deliberate Creation, to our everyday lives and to what we were wanting to create or experience.  How are you applying your knowledge of the Law of Attraction and other Universal Laws in your life?  Are you using them as your own personal Easy Button?  If you are wanting to be a more deliberate creator of your life and experience having your own Universal Easy Button, you’ll definitely want to join us for July’s conversation about the Law of Allowing.

The Law of Allowing – or as I like to call it, the Law of Getting Out of Your Own Way – is the key to the attraction process working out the way you want it to and better.  Step 1 of the creative process is to ask for what you want.  In step 2 the Universe begins orchestrating in response to your desire.  And in step 3 you get out of the way and allow the Universe to begin delivering to you through sparks of thought, coincidences and perfect timing.  To be in a state of “allowing” you must either be in alignment with your desire, or you must at least not be offering any resistance to receiving your desire through your thoughts and actions.  Resistance comes in the form of limiting beliefs and focus on what is unwanted or the lack of what is wanted.

It is Easier to Change My Diet than My Thoughts!

A healthy body is all about thought alignment.  If you don’t have the body you desire, it is because your thoughts are aligned with what you do NOT want rather than what you do want.  For instance, you may believe that in order to have a healthy, fit body you must eat only certain foods, monitor or restrict what you eat and work out to specific routines or for a certain amount of time.  Over time, however, you have been unable to integrate these changes into your day-to-day life and so you have the body you would EXPECT for someone who does not diet and exercise appropriately.  Your current physical state is because you BELIEVE you must do certain things to achieve balance with your natural health and well-being.  You BELIEVE that health and well-being are conditional…and in this example the conditions are diet and exercise. 

How do you explain then all those fit and trim individuals (like my son and my husband) who do not diet or exercise?  They eat what they enjoy and they do with their bodies also whatever they enjoy. Read More

The Law of Deliberate Creation

After Class 1, the Law of Attraction, you now know and understand that your thoughts create and that they are responsible for everything you are experiencing in your current moment and what is on its way to you!  You also learned how to become aware of what your thoughts are creating…or their point of attraction.

The second Universal Law that we will study is the Law of Deliberate Creation. This law gives us the ability to create and experience life intentionally. Whether it is joy at work or home, a healthy body, an engaging life, great relationships, great wealth…It is all yours for the creating. It’s simply “a matter of thought.”

Using Ferguson, New York, Boston and Baltimore Events to Create a New Reality

Every experience in life is an opportunity to better define what is wanted for the future. From the perspective of right now, do you want more of the same or do you want something different? If you want more of the same, do nothing and continue to focus on what is. If you want something different, however, then your thoughts and actions must shift to reflect the change that is wanted. Creating a different experience is simply a matter of making a choice and lining up your thoughts and actions with this choice. This is the Law of Attraction at work – what you focus upon expands.

Recent events in Ferguson, New York, Boston and now Baltimore present all of us with the opportunity to look at what is and decide whether we want more of the same or something different.   If we want more of the same – fear, anger, frustration, powerlessness, loss – then we simply need to keep doing what we’re doing and continue to focus on what is – the details of each event, blame and the past. This is typically how we tend to respond – unconscious, reactionary and totally focused on the negative – and thus the reason that social change takes so long. Read More

Day 105 of My Gratitude Practice

Recently, I’ve noticed 5 and 10 day gratitude challenges circulating around Facebook.  I’ve enjoyed reading some of the posts and thought it a bit humorous when a few began to grumble about running out of ideas to jot down on their lists.  Since today is my 105th consecutive day of writing 10 DIFFERENT “things” each day for which I am grateful, I thought I would share how this practice of gratitude has changed my perspective and my life.

The Danger in Finding a New Job While Working a Job You HATE

Change Your Moment, Your Day, Your Life, Your World – Breathe LOVE

Breathe LOVE

I want to teach the world to “breathe LOVE.”

Take a deep breath.  Let it out slowly…and again…and again.  As you breathe in, think of whomever or whatever you are wanting to uplift or support or connect to with your love, and FEEL the essence of that love deeply and unconditionally.  Just FEEL the love.  As you exhale, release each breath slowly and attach to its flow the love you are feeling in this moment.  Do this for 68 seconds, approximately 6 to 8 deep breaths in and out, at least once each day.  I recommend this as an afternoon rejuvenating exercise.  In fact, I propose we start a new workplace practice called, “the LOVE break.”  J
